Windows random shutdown

Hi there,

My computer out of the blue shut down on me,

my computer does have a history of occasional BSOD's a thread on one of them can be found here https://www.techspot.com/vb/showthread.php?p=669580#post669580

Strangely tho, there was no BSOD's nor any error report nor any mini dump afterward, as if it had been shut down purposely

Any suggestions as to what may have happened?

PS: Since then, out of fear that it may have overheated I downloaded speed fan.

Without having changed anything since the crash, temperature stays between 30-45 degress depending on what im doing which rules out over heating... err I would think

Could have just been a glitch, best to do a Checkdisk anyway
