Windows Reinstall Error

I tried two days ago to reinstall windows from my mother PC. I had done a flashable disk with WinToFlash and boot from disk.

After my screen show " Windows setup loading files " my monitor goes black and looks like :

And I don't know what to do. If you can help me I will be very gratefully

Go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files and right-click sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file here. I am going out-of-town tomorrow through Monday... This blue screen means that a single minidump or more has been created
