I have just used this software on the recommendation of computer active and I now cannot access my home screen I know that all of my files and windows are still there but I just get a blank screen any help would be
appreciated

There's an old rule of thumb that fits here; "If it isn't broken, DON'T fixit".

Sadly as you have just discovered, these things frequently do more harm than good.

I would consider running a System Restore Point.
