I get the following error message when I restart my computer.

"Error Loading c:\users\jui\appdata\local\temp\helprint.dll. The specified module could not be found"

The error continues to happen after complete shutdown as well. I have had my computer for over a year now and have never had this problem.

I have Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) on a Dell Inspiron 1545 with a Pentium Dual Core T4200 and 3GB RAM. All windows updates are up-to-date.

What printer are you using? If my research is correct helprint.dll is a driver for your printer and it may be missing or corrupted.

Notice the location!
You have bogus install on your UAC account and need to reinstall that application using the Admin Account.

1) get a command prompt and enter cleanmgr
this will remove temp files

2) login as Admin and reinstall the application properly
