My computer was running windows updates when the power went out for 5 seconds and when it restarted it now cannot load the operating system. I have tried running it in safe mode without and with network and it does not work. I have run the startup repair and it says "your computer was unable to start" and then it says it cant repair automatically. Dont know if it will help but this is the problem details it gives:
Problem signature:

Os Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1

When I try and system restore I've gotten two different errors. First was 0x80070002 and the second was 0x8000ffff. I have cleaned all dust out of the computer. It is not even over a year old yet so there wasnt much. All the tempatures and voltages for my fans, cpu, and power supply are fine as well. So, I am at a loss at what to do now.
