Windows Vista BSOD IRQL_not_less_or_equal every 30 seconds

Running Windows Vista, when I turn on my laptop I get a blue screen about 30 seconds after the login page opens up, whether I log in or not.

Restarted in safe mode, ran anti-virus scans (McAfee and Malware Bytes), they found nothing.

I've attached five minidump files zipped into one, any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to re-install Vista fresh
