Windows won't load - Blue screen

Hi everyone , I have a problem , My computer yesturday just freezed completely so i restarted it , it said boot from CD and was just very slowly loading , it never loaded and came up with a quick blue screen message that i couldnt read! , its a windows xp ( not sure on the specs sorry". i have tried booting in safe mood , last good configuration that worked but it just keeps saying " windows encounted a problem blah blah " i have no idea what to do , i also have no xp disc or recovery disc sadly.

Is there any way i could fix it.
