Windows XP BSOD

I have an IBM thinkpad Type 2373.

Today I went to boot it up in safe mode, it went from the IBM screen to another screen giving me boot options..I have tried all the options and I get BSOD with each, it then tries to reboot again and is caught in this endless loop.

How can I fix this without exacerbating the problem further and why did this happen?

Up until today everything had been running smoothly, albeit a little slow. I wanted to run my malware in safemode to see if it would grab what was slowing it down as neither it nor my anti virus had found anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

How to find and post your Minidump Files:

My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files.

It is these files that we need (not the folder). Attach to your next post the five most recent dumps. Notice the Manage Attachments button at the bottom when you go to post the next time. You can Zip up to five files per Zip; if you only have one or two you don’t need to zip them, just attach as is. Please do us a favor and don’t Zip each one individually.
