There has been nothing installed recently. The worst that could have happened is someone hard resetting while the computer was shutting down. No changes, just Windows deciding to spite me. Safe mode doesn't work, everything is plugged in, I see no reason whatsoever to do this. I can't simply reinstall Windows because I have well over 200gb on this computer, and don't even know what's backed up. I'm trying to repair Windows right now, but I'd be surprised if there isn't something wrong with that as well.

Typed chkdsk in Recovery Console, it's fine. Don't need this anymore.
 
you best at least start with a backup if you have no idea what's backed up.. you can see here See [post=766270]How to recover your folders/files when Windows won’t boot[/post]
