Pardon me while I (again) say nasty things about MS Windows 10 . . . !
What now? When editing a photo in PhotoshopElements (for example, using the magnetic lassor tool), the screen will suddenly "jerk" -- and the tool will "complete itself" even though I'm not done with the draw.
Please: Anyone have any information about what the problem is and how to stop this from happening?

Thank you. Appreciated.

Photoshop loves a lot of memory and a fast CPU. AMD family 15 has to be some super old CPU. You can't blame Windows 10 when you try to run Photoshop with an old CPU and 4GB of RAM.

Specifically, K8 chips - I.e. the likes of the Athlon 64. That said Photoshop Elements 2 came out in 2002, so the software and hardware are equally matched. However, the hardware is right at the bottom end of requirements for Windows 10 and is better suited for an older version of Windows.
