Wireless not working

Hi,

my vaio laptop had an update yesterday and since then wireless is not working. Internet is working only via ethernet cable for my laptop only. Wireless is working for other laptops and mobiles. I tried reinstalling the divers through sony care centre and rebooted my device however, still no wifi. I need help now as I have been trying sice past 16 hours for a solution.

If all else fails, you "might" try a usb wifi

And for updating the drivers, you can go to device manager in your PC> click on Network adapters>

or or in your case: the Bluetooth listed under other

Right click on corresponding wifi adapter> click on UPDATE DRIVER SOFTWARE. And after this, the dialogue box which would pop out, select SEARCH AUTOMATICALLY FOR DRIVER SOFTWARE option to proceed.
