Won't load YouTube or Pandora

So all of a sudden my computer decided that it doesn't want to load Pandora or YouTube. Both of them were working fine until I shut my computer down and restarted it. Then they just stopped. I've attached pictures of what they look like. I have Windows 7 and use Fire Fox. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please and thank you .

Also they both work fine on internet explorer just not on fire fox. I did a fire fox update recently. Could that be the issue?

It could definitely be caused by the update. you might want to try re-installing Firefox to see if that solves the problem. Make sure you install the newest version.

Try clearing your cache and cookies or clear everything (history).

wont hurt to install the latest flash player...
