To completely uninstall the software from your system, perform the following steps (we recommend to backup your configuration file using Settings -> Configuration -> Export).

If you have Outpost installed, but it is impossible to uninstall the product using Add or Remove programs, please, follow the instruction:

  1. Boot into Safe Mode. Please, see the following article for details on how to reboot in Windows Safe Mode: https://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222/en-us.
  2. Run the file clean.exe from Outpost folder (by default C:\Program Files\Agnitum\Outpost < your product >). Your PC will automatically reboot. Note, that clean.exe runs without any visual notification and might take some time.

If Outpost folder is not present, please, follow the instruction:

  1. Download the file clean.zip (for 32-bit systems) or clean64.zip (for 64-bit systems) and unpack it into some folder which you can easily find. Note that for 64-bit version the file should also be renamed into clean.exe after unpacking.
  2. Boot into Safe Mode. Please, see the following article for details on how to reboot in Windows Safe Mode: https://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222/en-us.
  3. Run the unpacked file clean.exe. Your PC will automatically reboot. Note, that clean.exe runs without any visual notification and might take some time.
