At idle the AMD A4-5000 consumed just 9 watts. In comparison, the Intel Celeron 1020M consumed 78% more power and the Pentium 2117U 100% more power.

With the CPUs under full load the A4-5000 system consumed 17 watts, which was 61% less than the Celeron and 64% less than the Pentium systems. Placing 100% load on both the CPU and GPU saw the A4-5000 system consumption rise to 23 watts, where the Celeron 1020M system used 58 watts and the Pentium 2117U 60 watts.
