0x0000000a BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hey there TechSpot,

I was having some problems with my computer recently. I took it to an IT-repair and he told me the graphics card was dead. I bought a new one through him and he installed it.
Yesterday I got the computer back and everything seemed to be running smoothly. When I turned it on today I got BSOD on start, so I called the IT guy and he told me to reinstall the drivers for my graphics card. I did that and everything seemed OK.
I started up a game of League of Legends with my friend and a few minutes into the game I got the 0x0000000a BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
I was hoping any of you guys would take a look at my dump files and maybe be able to tell me what is wrong.
Thanks in advance.

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor 3.40GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 graphics card
1000gb harddisk
asus m4n68t motherboard.

The graphics card is brand new. The harddisk is around 1 year old and the rest is about 2 years old

And 4mb RAM

You know what the minidump is:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Ntoskrnl.exe
Check the hard drive for errors. It is a 1TB Western Digital drive, or? Go to Computer, right-click on the C drive, select Properties, Tools, Check Now, Put a check in both boxes, to set a disk check on the next start up. Where are you getting the video drivers from? It would be wise to get them from here:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

I believe it's a 1TB samsung harddrive.
I did a disk check, but I don't know where I can find the log files to see if anything was wrong.
I get my drivers from the CD that followed my graphics card, but I'll try and download it from their website :)

Always use the website for PC drivers. A supplied driver CD/DVD could be well over a year old. Don't worry about a CHKDSK log. If it completed, either no errors were found or they were "fixed"...

From the dump stack AsInsHelp64.sys Fri Jan 4 00:36:10 2008 would make a Vista era driver, check for a update on the Asus site for the AI suite, AI booster or uninstall the suite through programs and features.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa502fffffe0, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff800032ebede, address which referenced memory
