I'm curious, how did they digitally replace butchershops?

Two fold answer ->
1. They were swallowed by the large supermarket chains. Not a digital replacement there - more a result of «impossible to compete»
2. The few «butchershops» that still exists has mostly gone digital (there still are a few in the country) - you can order meat, and pick it up at a collection point
