Although I haven't seen this story on TS somehow, I noticed many other sites have reported it.
Anyway, for all the 'old' users of SkyDrive MS is offering a limited time option to keep their 25GB free space limit by logging in @ skydrive.com and choosing to do so, if you don't do it, you will be stuck with default 7GB limit.
