Inactive [A] Bandwith over used, can't find the problem

For 2-3 month now I've been experiencing problems with my bandwith usage. For some time I though it might be me leaving my torrents opened for the day or something, but this month I've been keeping a close eye on my network consumption and this morning I saw that yesterday I apparently used around 3 gig of upload and something similar on the download (I want to clarify here : Based on my consumption yesterday, I should have used 3-4 gig MAX, but I apparently used 6)

So I tried to check a bit my log file (Hijackthis.log), but I don't wanna do anything stupid.

I am currently changing my firewall to zone alarm, to see if this help anything.

Thanks in advance for your help. This problem is causing me some serious issue (I have 25 gig upload/download combined per month, so 6 gig is a pretty big deal when I use roughtly 1gig per day... sick of paying for something I dont use.)
