A strange problem as faced by me in win-10 OS

I've recently formatted my 256 GB SSD & re-installed win-10 & all my apps afresh

Thereafter whenever I try doing copy / paste on any link for a video download when I do copy it appears ok but I Face the below error when doing paste & don't know how to get it solved:-

"C:\Users\vchin\AppData\Local\Temp\PRODUCT_NAME_UNKNOWN_CrashDumpPRODUCT_VERSION_MAJOR_UNKNOWN-PRODUCT_VERSION_MINOR_UNKNOWN-2018-11-14--09-23-27_.dmp"

if anyone could help me out in the matter I'll be very thankful to you.

To check the original Windows 10 you can do by opening CMD on your windows. Then you can enter the code: slmgr / xpr then press enter.

Check Activation Status through System Window.
