    Inscrutable, needs explication.
    Abit mobo, 2005.
    OS?
Describe recent use, events leading to failure, clarify nature of issue.

ps: Abit went out of business (financial collapse) about 10 years ago and it would surprise me if you can locate a manual for your board. I hope you have it still.

Edit: found reference - may be helpful... https://forums.anandtech.com/threads/fail-safe-state.1928809/

Edit: forum comment ""F1-failsafe" error message.
So, you must to set to "No Errors" the "Halt On" parameter in the "Standard CMOS features" BIOS menu."

It apparently meant the mother board was crashing. Computer no long responds. I feel like Ive lost my best friend. It helped me fix so many computers back when I was working. Thanks for your response.

For $3 you could try replacing the CMOS battery and do a CMOS reset. The default settings should allow you to boot and then enter BIOS for changes which you may need to have the system work.
