Account recovery, how do I contact admin?

My original account doesn't work and my "replacement" account says "banned for spam"... it's been a few years, can we get this fixed?

Email me from the address you had registered in your original account and give me the account name. Many old accounts that had easy to guess passwords have ended up banned because spammers have exploited those over time.

Hi!

My account was banned for spam, for asking I question about how to suggest a download. I believe this was done in error.

In the post I asked politely where/how I should do this instead, if the forum in question was the wrong way. This was directed at the moderator.

Now the account just says "You're banned for spam, contact administrator".

I can't find anyway to contact an administrator, so I'm in a similar position as the OP of this thread.

Please help me get my original account unbanned. This account will be deleted once I get back access to the original.

Could you also please unblock the account 'SvanteX' so I can delete it?

(That was my first attempt at a temporary account to be able to post to the forum, but either because of IP-restrictions or email domain restrictions connected to the first banning, that account was never sent a verification email, instead there was a message about the account needing review before verification).

I fully understand the complexities of moderation and account verification for public forums. I have served as a moderator for Microsoft Community forums, so I've seen it all I think.
