Acer Aspire 5732z: CounterStrike performance problem

i have an acer aspire 5732z, i got intel pentium processor T4300 (2.1 GHz,800 MHz FSB Dual core) 2 GB ram DDR 2, Intel GMA 4500M (up to 796 MB DVMT) and windows 7 home premium , when am ingame counterstrike 1.6 i get around 30-40 fps any ideas on how to help please and thank you =)
