Acer predator xb273u GX flickering with g-sync on

Hi, guys
I started experiencing very annoying flickering (or black flashing) on my monitor. It goes away if I turn off g-sync, but I would not want to part with it since I payed so much for this monitor.

I tried switching cables and adapting in CRU, but did not work. I don't do overcloocking yet. I updated my graphic drivers as well.
