AG315T video card software CD

I have an old SIS315 256-bit AGP 4X VGA Card. I have the driver, but the card came with a CD that contained a VGA Utility that allowed me to adjust color, shadow, gamma, etc... I lost the CD, how can I get this software. Tried the internet and manufacturers with no luck.
