Ahead Nero is alwyas writing an image file

AHEAD NERO is always writing an image file???
Whenever I try writing a cd from laptop, it always write an image file.

when i try write that file to a cd..it again gives option to write image file ( save as option) there is no option of burning a CD.

I am fed up of this problem.

Have you tried to choose another recording device in Nero?

Perhaps your copy of Nero came bundled with a recorder drive other than the one in your laptop? Nero that comes with hardware is bound to that specific hardware and will not work with something else.

Does your laptop have a CD/DVD burner ? If yes, is it recognized by the system & by Nero ? I believe somewhere in the options for Nero, you can list all the available burning devices & you should have at least two: the image burner & the CD/DVD burner, is that the case ?

i will try testing..however its the same cd thr which I installed on My PC..it works on that.

however i will test
