alternative brand for asus 7600GT silent

Heres the story, i decided to purchase an Asus 7600GT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814121016

But apparently their manufacturer is EOL... I wouldnt have a clue what End of life means in this context but I'm asuming it means I cant get it...

I have several alternatives: expertvision 7600GT
Point of view 7600GT
MSI 7600GT
Inno3D 7600GT

These are my choices.

Which would be the best alternative?

Of the options you listed I would go with the MSI, never heard of the other brands. Lots of different options for the 7600GT on Newegg that are name brand cards at a good price. Here's on thats a bit cheaper than the MSI: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130017

your thread title suggests that you want an alternative to the Asus 7600GT silent, however all the other brands you listed use fan coolers (so none of them will be silent)

the only brand other than Asus that makes a silent 7600GT is gigabyte. I have one and I like it

So finally I got that graphic card that i've been waiting for.......YAY! so i take my computer apart and guess what! another disappointment... IT DOESN'T FIT! UGH! so please can anyone tell me what kind of graphic card will fit the hp pavilion 6835??? I'm ready to give up!

Yes Korrupt, Inno3d is a good brand. Two of my friends have an FX5200 and a 6200 from them and both work great. Plus their high-end cards have Cooler Master coolers on them, which speaks volumes about their reputation.

@Khat, yikes! Looks like ur gonna have to return that card, coz ur PC's mobo supports only PCI graphics cards. Try the 6200 PCI from Amazon here.
