Alternative for my Sis 650 Board?

Dear Friends,

I was using SIS 650/650GL/650GX/651 type motherboard bought 2 years back. Now it gives me some problem. My SMPS, Processor(Celeron 1.7 Ghz) and 256 MB Ram are in good condition. So i thought to change the motherboard alone. What would be your suggestion to buy a new motherboard? I like to go for Gigabyte itself, but how can i ensure the compatibility of my previous hardware setups?

Please guide.

It really doesn't matter. You should always do a clean Windows install when changing motherboards
