Alternatives to Autocad

I'm looking for alternatives to Autocad software as Autocad is so expensive and do not provide
perpetual license, you need to renew yearly and it is too expensive to renew!
Any suggestion for an alternative software as capable to Autocad?

Alternative as in free, or alternative as in cheaper than AutoCAD? FreeCAD is, as the name suggests, a free open source CAD package - the interface isn't great but hey, it's free! TurboCAD Deluxe appears to available a single, one-off purchase but it's not something I've used myself.

TinkerCAD, OpenSCAD are free as far as I remember. Blender is always a good choice
