hi ts,
my friend have bought a newpc included a dual-core amd cpu am not sure of the model but it's 2.7GHZ and that's the bad part,he used it and checked it at diffrent programs and it gave 2700 MHZ,and when he checked it again at the same programs yesterday but he found it 1000 MHZ,the perfomance havent changed (as he said) just the frequency,
so whats the problem
