AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X & 1920X Review: Core i9 Killer

Thank you Steve for another in depth quality review !
It's impressive to see the results, and how good Threadripper is for creators !
If I have to compare this to the extremely poor and biased (read: paid by Intel) review of Anandtech, this was done extremely well. Thanks very much for such a good all rounded review.

Please stay away from Anandtech review, they are terribly biased.

What made you feel Anand's review was biased? It's easy to accuse someone of being paid off but do you have any proof of that?

I don't know if the other sites are paid or not, I can only see on few sites real tests on compilers, light calculators, game engine and other real stuff... Amd in these application if 50%/60% behind intel! My the question is, do I thrust the same identical test and bench on every site? Do I need to see every stupid game test on a 3000$ system ?No I don't...
These are professional gear, do you want to sell it? Put serious test on it f**k!

Sorry I don't understand. if someone can explain me.... The temperature reached 88 degrees, ok 80 with the best parameters. On the threadripper page is written that the tmax is 68 C. I think 80(85) is a bit out of scale but only a bit... Now in normal conditions if I have more than 30 C in my room I can reach 100+ C this mean I will burn a 1000$ cpu.
