ATX form card connector

Can anyone tell me the pin conections on an ATX form card connector? It is on an ELPINA 9823 motherboard. It has two rows of 9 pins with one middle pin absent.
The manual discribes it as ATX form card connector having PS/2, mouse, Infrared and two sets of USB interfaces.
