Audio and nic

I have a newer Dell that has the audio and nic multi media on one card attach to the mother board and suddenly the drivers will not install after replacing the hard drive. It is running XP. Any one have ideas?

What is the error when you try to install the drivers?

What model of Dell do you have?

the drivers for the device are not installed and device is not useing resource because it has a problem.

it gives me error code 28 which tells me to down load service pack 3 which I did...didn't help

Do you mean Dell Precision 370? Also, your having issues with the on-board NIC and audio ports correct? Anyway, you can find all the drivers for your Dell here.
