Best Athlon 64 CPU cooler

Hello folks!

I'm searching for a new CPU cooler, for my overclocked Athlon 64. Yeah, stock cooling is keeping it nice, but I'd like lower temperatures. I don't want to watercool (yet ), and I'm looking to spend not more than $40.

What do you recommend for my relatively hot-running CPU?

I'm using socket 939 right now. Those coolers you guys linked to are great, but IDK if they fit my Biostar 6100-939 mobo. The PSU and chipset are damn close to the CPU socket.

BTW, what do you think about the Freezer 64 PRO?

That Zalman looks GREAT, but the Frezeer 64 looks great too. Is it worth the price difference between the two? Is the Zalman much better than the Frezeer?

I have a freezer 64 pro, it works fine and is very quiet. For the money it's the best. I think the regular XP-90 with a Panaflow 92mm fan is a very good cooler, but will cost more than you want to spend.

Yes, I want to spend not too much on it. How big is your Freezer 64 PRO? Do you think I could install it here?

The chipset and PSU are damn close to the CPU fan.
