Blue crash dump

Hi recently my pc when I'm doing anything goes onto blue screen crash dump and I lose what I was doing,
can you please tell me the problem

Blue Screens produce minidumps. Go to C:\windows\minidump. Select all the .dmp files and right-click sending these files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file here. The minidumps will help us find out what is wrong or causing the Blue Screens
