  1. I have recently getting Windows BSOD Blue Screen error and I would like it to stop. I do not have the windows installation disk or any backup and system restore does not seem to be working. The computer DOES boot into Safe Mode (F8>Safe Mode, F8>Safe Mode with networking, F8>Safe Mode with Command Prompt). When I log on I get an error message. It reads:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.
    Locale ID: 2057

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: f4
    BCP1: 00000003
    BCP2: 8939BD40
    BCP3: 8939BEAC
    BCP4: 83218EC0
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:

I have selected "Check for Solution" but it is not helpful and does not return anything.

What can I do to stop the computer showing Blue Screen error every time I boot normally? I've attached the dump file which may help :/

    Thank you in advance! :D
