Blue screen on Toshiba Qosmio

I have been having issues with my Windows 7 laptop recently.

The laptop has been taking a long time to boot up, about 15 minutes and also takes a long time to wake up from sleep mode. The initial start up doesn't take long but loading the desktop does. It also has trouble shuting down.

Also I have been getting blue screens, about 4 in the last month. I have updated my drivers, cleared up the registry, run a virus scan and updated to SP1 to try and resolve the problem but it keeps happening.

It also shows this error message:
