How to find and post your Minidump Files:

My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files.

It is these files that we need (not the folder). Attach to your next post the five most recent dumps. Notice the Manage Attachments button at the bottom when you go to post the next time. You can Zip up to five files per Zip; if you only have one or two you don’t need to zip them, just attach as is. Please do us a favor and don’t Zip each one individually.

The most significant error code is 0xA and it cited the Lenovo EE Boot Optimizer driver fbfmon.exe as the cause of your issues.

The other error code is 0x1A and it simply cited a Windows OS driver as your issue and nothing more specific. There are exceptions but most often your issue isn't with Windows when OS drivers are cited. They more state that there is a problem without citing the specific cause.

What model of your Lenovo is it?

====================

what you suggest to fix this issue ?

* Before doing the following suggestions please answer the following questions: Did your issues occur after you added the 4 gigs of RAM or were they happening before doing so? If they happened after you installed the additional RAM they remove the 4 gigs and run it on the original 4 gigs. Any BSODs?

Now for the suggestions...

First, go to Lenovo's website, find your exact model and update the latest drivers and BIOS for your system. If that doesn't resolve the issue then...

Contact Lenovo and:

a. Tell them of your symptoms, i.e. BSODs

b. That your minidumps were read and the codes are 0xA and 0x1A.

c. And that the 0xA minidump file specifically cited the Lenovo EE Boot Optimizer driver fbfmon.exe as the cause of your issues.

Please keep us updated.
