Bluescreen: Stop 0x000000F4

  1. I was having an occasional bluescreen since March, but they have become more and more frequently up until today when I get them multiple times per day.

    Could someone help me with trying to find out what's causing this, and how to fix it?

    My information:
    I have got the following info + 2 crash dumps from 2 different dates:

    I've added 2 crash dumps as attachments.
    The one is from 14 september and the other is from 28 october.

    I hope someone can help me, I would be very thankful!

    You are infected with the backdoor trojan nssm.exe. We strongly suggest going to our excellent Virus & Malware Removal forum and read the Updated Steps sticky and follow the instructions exactly as given. Good luck.
