recently i been getting a blue screen my laptop crashes dk why it happen when i also recently started getting high cpu usage on my cpu meter i havent done anything different or added anything different to laptop since i've gotten it. Called hp tech they told me to run memory an hd test to no avail any suggestions on how to stop this from happening only had laptop for about 2 weeks.
