[FONT=Calibri]When I try and boot my mom computer I can only get past the Windows XP flash and then it take me to the window installation, like I was trying to install the OS from the Windows XP disk. Dose this look like a bad part of the hard drive that cannot recognize the OS that is there. I can navigate so the F10 and F11, but cannot get to the start up menu at all. I can also get to the recovery option, but not sure I want to do that at this point. Any thoughts[/FONT]
