Bought a Dell XPS 9000 for how much?

Hey guys, recently bought a Dell XPS 9000 for $45 in like new condition.
I need to know how much of a profit I can turn on this thing. I know that the 1366 motherboards are pretty rare, and in extremely high demand. You can buy a Xeon for 60-70 bucks that performs close to a Ryzen 5 1600.

Here Are The Specs:
i7-920
dell 1366 motherboard
New WD 1tb HDD
12GB DDR3
Radeon HD 5xxx (I think)

It really varies by the season of the year, if you know how to upgrade it correctly.
New mobo and new cpu, no lga 1366 dinosaur crap not even for a xeon chip for gaming which fails very hard to newer end cpus on lga 1150 - lga 1151.

Roughly 400 bucks untouched and everything is in real good condition, also keep in mind which people you are targetting to buy this.
If that computer has component problems less than 200.00 dollars and it varies by what is messed up or not working at all.
A complete rebuild with new good quality parts, based it on the components price cost and round it out to the final value.
