"wont turn on and shows no sign of responding.. nothing at all and I cant hear anything moving"
Initial guess: check the connection between motherboard and front panel. You may not be getting a 'power on' connection when trying to start system.
If that doesn't work, suggest you double check all connections and make sure every necessary connection described in motherboard manual is correct.
If that doesn't work, consider disassembling and re-assembling while following manual closely.
