BSOD after updating from Windows XP to Windows 7

Hi , Since updating to windows 7 from xp I randomly get the bsod
I have the minidump file but i have no idea how to make any sense of it or how to upload it, for some reason i cant get permission to zip it

Here's the details of the computer is it helps:
OS: MS windows 7 home premium 32-bit
AMD athlon dual core processor 5600+
4.0GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce 9500GT
Motherboard: GIGABYTE S-series, support AMD socket AM2
