BSOD at every shutdown

For like a week I'm having BSoD problem when I try to shut down (or restart) my Acer 6930G notebook. Sometimes it also happens at startup...
I didnt connected any new devices and didnt updated any driver lately.
I suspect that my HDD is causing the problem because at every start up followed by a BSoD, HDSentinel program opens up and says "Problems occurred during the spin up of the disk. This can be caused by the disk itself or huge power load (weak power supply) etc etc." but im not sure if this causing the problem...
I would like to know whats the problem exactly and how can I solve it. Thank You

Here is relevant crash code:

BCCode: f4
BCP1: 00000003
BCP2: 95F5FAD8
BCP3: 95F5FC24
BCP4: 83222DC0
OS Version: 6_0_6002
Service Pack: 2_0
Product: 768_1

CrashDump is also attached. Thank You

Edit: I've also discovered that if I shutdown before logging in to my account no BSoD happens. It also doesnt happens if I shutdown while its on SafeMode...Scanned whole pc with AVG 8.5 and it found few trojans and cleaned them but it didnt solved the problem...
