BSOD BCCode 109 on a new machine

I bought this pc last week and been having lots of BSOD ever since.
First, it was 3b (VGA related), but updating the drivers via Windows Update solved that.
Now I'm having trouble with error 109, playing games or doing "nothing".
I've tried increasing the page file size and Memtest86+ found no errors (5 passes).
Temperature is ok (~35°C/95°F in peak moments).
My specs are:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3
AMD FX-6100 Black Edition
8Gb DDR3 1600Mhz Patriot
Saphire Radeon HD 6770

Daemon Tools is causing the DTSOFTBUS01.sys error and:
DRIVER_VERIFIER_IOMANAGER_VIOLATION
So delete Daemon Tools and try something like this:
