BSOD during gaming - ks.sys related

Hello everyone.

ive been getting a random BSOD issue for about 2 weeks now and ive done some troubleshooting such as updating the graphics to the latest drivers. I have attached the dump file and noticed it references ks.sys and usbaudio. any help would be most appreciated!



OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
headset is a Logitech G35 (usb audio)

Okay, ks.sys is a Windows OS driver. Now OS drivers are usually too general to be of any help in diagnosing issues.

However, in your dump the Daemon Tools driver sptd.sys was cited as not being able to load due to ky.sys. We have seen more than our fair share of issues with Daemon Tools and its drivers over the years. Most likely these two drivers are not getting along so to speak.

Two suggestions:

1. Update to the latest version of Daemon Tools Lite.

2. Or uninstall completely and tell us if that brings stability.
