BSOD -- I believe its a driver issue...

Umm what?

This pc has been clean from day one AFTER I replaced the FAILING HDD...

If you are referring to my other thread, that's a different pc.

It's quite impossible to get infected with the setup I have....

This is the only I've had with this one is BSOD ( which hasn't happened since then, I wish I knew how to trigger it) and this CCC issue which is making me mad beyond belief...

Not sure, but I believe thats whats causing it....

happened also right after I ran aswMBR/rouguekiller, just checking if I had anything to worry about....

I had a failed harddrive, and bought a new one, and installed AMD CCC instead of the ATI one....

It wont let me upload my .dmp files :/

Ok. got it.... this is all of my recent BSOD (7)
It's this post...

Sorry, Im a bit confused as im trying to fix two pc right now and referring to two threads....

THIS pc has never been infected with a virus/malware or anything of the sort to my knowledge, I was just running those programs to dig alittle deeper and make sure.

I did indeed get BSOD while scanning, though I think it was because it was scanning the particular "bad driver" and triggered the BSOD.

idk, lol thats why im here though- wasnt trying to get nasty or anything, im just a little fed up is all lol

This CCC is starting to look like a lost casue lol.....

You don't really need to use the CCC at all. The BSOD's are the real issue if you continue to get them. You really need to post each computer in their own thread. This thread is for only one, right?

I did post in each thread for each computer lol
this is for a different one then the other one I am having issues with.....

is there a different way I can modify and change the graphic settings without CCC?

No, I ran those on this computer.....

that prolly what triggered the BSOD while it was scanning processes/drivers idk
that thread is for that pc
this thread is for this pc

they are not connected at all what so ever? I have several pc's and they just seem to all go haywire this week/last wekk

Wow that rivatuner is amazing....

cant believe I didnt know about this before, **** CCC lol

This program doesnt have a digitally signed cert...
wtf

Now it says my driver is unsupported

What is the make and model of this laptop? You probably lost the recovery options for the laptop when you replaced the hard drive...

HP DV7 2043cl

I tried going to the HP support site and download the CCC from there, but its not listed- though I did find the driver for my GPU card...

Riva Tuner may not deal with the ATI driver, but you should be able to adjust other things, as the link I provided says

Nope, when it starts it says unsupported driver and has no options I can change once opened....

I don't understand why it's just soo hard to get a program to work on the same machine that work before...
