BSOD once a day

Hello guys, probably this post is not even seen anymore, but I am desperate so I am gonna post anyway: I am getting BSOD like one time each day, and I dont know what else to do, I have the .dmp files, but I don't know how to read them, so if I can upload it somewhere and someone tell me what is wrong with my notebook, I'd be really glad. thanks a lot!
