BSOD pfn_list_corrupt, and random bsod and freezes

So my laptop has been giving me a lot of BSOD and freezing, and it's not just recently, it's actually been going on for a little longer then I'd like it to.
and the most recent BSOD was pfn_list_corrupt.
I've done multiple scans and everything.

If you need any info just ask.
I'm not a computer expert.lol so you might ned to explain in quite a bit of detail on some things.

Any help would be appreciated.

The laptop could be overheating, or it's memory could be failing...
