Bsod while booting

Aiight im getting a bsod just after the windows symbol as the system boots up. its wierd becuse it happens about 5 times and then goes away untill the next boot up.

specs:
cpu: intel core i7 860 2.8ghz
mobo: asus p7p55d deluxe
ram: 8gb corsair xms3 1600
psu: enermax revolution 850+ sli
video: asus 295 2gb
drives: corsair ssd, wd 1.5tb
os: win 7 ultimate 64bit

mini dump files are in the attachment

now its a new computer, less then 6months, ive done hard ware tests on the ram and both hdds, they both passed with flying colors, also the bsod code is 0x50

I just need some help with the exact details so I dont have to replace the whole computer

The error is the same in all dumps: 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Requested data was not in memory. An invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI card).


All minidumps cited the same Asus driver EIO64.sys as the cause of your crahes (that is an "oh" and not a zero).
